KISS BY GLOW may make changes on our website and the Terms and Conditions from time to time and render them effective immediately upon posting on the website without prior notice. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, we suggest you stop using our website.

General Terms and Conditions
The products and services on the site are intended for personal, non-commercial purposes only. By using the website, you agree to use it only for lawful, noncommercial purposes and in compliance with all international, federal, state, and local laws. Except as expressly permitted in these terms and conditions, you may not use, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt, frame, link, rent, lease, loan, sell, license, or in any way exploit the content of the site. If you would like to be our reseller, you may contact us and we’ll make an agreement for it.
Your Account
To make things easier, we’ll keep your details for your next purchase(s) as you sign up on our website. You have to provide accurate, detailed, and true information regarding your shipping address, mobile phone, etc. We will keep your information private.
Payments
All payments are due upon receipt. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
Shipping Policies
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item, including shipping will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact help@kissbyglow.com with subject “DAMAGE ITEMS” and order number, and we’ll help find a suitable solution for you.
Shipping costs for all KISS BY GLOW products are determined by weight, determined at checkout.
**International shipping and product costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applicable to your order. For detailed information about what duties or taxes you may be charged, please refer to your local customs website.
Refund & Return Policy
Only items purchased from our website (www.kissbyglow.com) and official store (Shopee, Tokopedia) may be refunded/return. Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on the complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, please see our DAMAGE/EXCHANGE Policy below. If an item is unsatisfactory a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyers must take into all account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for a refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Important Notes:
- Our policy lasts 7 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For all refunds, returns, exchanges, and wrong items. Please record an unboxing video (full 360 angles) when you’ve received a package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting. We’re sorry but we can’t accept and exchange if you don’t have a clear video or the video is edited/paused.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items:* Gift cards * Some health and personal care items
- Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@kissbyglow.com with subjects “LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS”, order number, and product details in the email.
- Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Damage/Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@kissbyglow.com with subjects “EXCHANGE/DAMAGE”, order number, and product details in the email and send your item to: Ruko ITC Permata Hijau Blok Diamond No.9, Jl. - Wrong Items (if applicable)
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send an email to help@kissbyglow.com with the subjects “WRONG ITEM”, order number, and picture & video of the incorrect items and we will send new items to you.
Shipping Returns & Refunds
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Important Notes:
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over 200rb, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- The following policies are not applied to Sale items. All Sale items are final purchases and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate your return, please email help@kissbyglow.com with subjects “RETURN & REFUND” no more than 14 days from receipt date or 7 days after delivery. Please include your Order ID number and product details in the email. Please note that KISS BY GLOW reserves the right to refuse all returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Cancellation
An item may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once payment had been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
Complaints
Any complaints about items or services may be sent to our support team: help@kissbyglow.com with subjects “COMPLAIN, order number and product details in the email. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the buyer will be contacted as well.
Agreement
You agree to be responsible for your activity on this website. If we notice that you were related to prohibited activities or violated our Terms and Conditions, we may deny your access to this website temporary or permanent basis. We are not responsible for losses or damages not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by shipping companies or force majeure. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our Terms and Conditions.
