Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on kits, sets, merch, final sale items, or to refund shipping charges.

• For international orders

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

To initiate your return, please email kissbyglow.help@gmail.com. You are responsible to pay postage for your return.

Kiss By Glow cannot alter an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the shipping method. If you need to update your address or cancel an order, email help@kissbyglow.com with your Order Number. Our customer service team will do their best to stop the order, however, this is not guaranteed.

Before you open your package, make sure you make an unboxing video. You can email us at help@kissbyglow.com with your order number in the subject line and a video of the unboxing of the incorrect or damaged items and we will send you the correct products asap!
